Join the thousands of fundraisers who trust SimplyGiving to power their campaigns
At SimplyGiving, you can create as many fundraising campaigns as you need, without worrying about contracts, monthly fees, or setup costs. Our platform is powered by optional tips from donors, allowing you to focus entirely on making an impact.
SimplyGiving makes fundraising free for organizers by supporting our platform through Donor Tips. This unique feature allows donors to contribute directly to SimplyGiving's service fees, so that your cause receives the full amount you raise, with only standard card processing fees applied.
Our goal is to ensure your fundraising campaign thrives without the burden of hefty upfront costs. To achieve this, we give donors the option to cover SimplyGiving's 5% fee. This tip helps cover essential expenses such as website hosting, software usage, fraud protection, security, support, and the development of new features.
Prefer not to ask your donors to opt for DonorPays? No problem! You can easily turn off this feature and choose a straightforward percentage-based fee instead.
Absolutely! Organizations excel with SimplyGiving when they consolidate all their fundraising activities in one place. We'll assist you in transferring your regular donors from your existing platform.
Typically, this migration process is completed within two weeks and is seamless for your donors.
Migrating to SimplyGiving is free of charge, but we do apply a 2% fee (excluding applicable taxes) on the payments we process from your regular donors.
To activate your fundraising campaign to receive donations, you need to connect your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Like most payment gateways, Stripe and PayPal charge a credit card processing fee on each transaction. You can use the links below to find fees for each of these providers:

If you are a tax-deductible organisation or a registered charity, we recommend you contact Stripe and PayPal for non-profit discounts. Email nonprofit@stripe.com, or visit your region's PayPal support site, to enquire about your local rates once you have set up an account.
